Photo/CD Request Form

Note:Copies of photos may be provided to our readers free of charge via e-mail. The photos will be sent in JPEG format. We will provide the photos in color when posible. If persons wish to have a copy of a photo provided on CD, there will be a $5 charge for the first photo, and $1 for each additional photo (to be paid in advance). Customers should expect e-mailed photos within three to five days, and may pick up CD orders within two weeks. Due to changes in technology and increasing use of digital photography, we may not be able to provide photos in print format.
